Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or product, please contact us and we will assist with an exchange where possible.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items worn or washed

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or limited edition items

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your bank.
